The providers are awesome! I have not one complaint. Unfortunately I will be switching to a different office. The receptionist are lazy and rude. I used to work front desk at a doctors office and would go above and beyond for patients. I hate calling. They all sound so miserable. horrible customer service all around
You do not care about children allowing that alarm! get it removed!
On-call service is horrible. Called the office, referred me to on-call, called that number and they won't speak to me because my child is not a patient at New Bedford Community Health (that's the oncall number I was given) Call the office back and given the same number with on-call doctor's name, and was told that she "gave the number to someone else and they didn't have a problem".
