Office staff needs a major upgrade in 2026. Dr. Silvia herself is good, but unfortunately the front desk staff is very rude and still uses very outdated processes. They charge for every page when transferring medical records and require you to come in person to handle it. When we arrived for our appointment, they told us they no longer accept our new insurance—even though we confirmed coverage when we scheduled the appointment two months ago. Five stars for Dr. Magadan. She is an excellent doctor and a genuinely caring person. The front desk staff was also very kind and helpful. Unfortunately, I am giving two stars to the rest of the staff due to serious hygiene concerns. Multiple staff members handled our baby without washing their hands. One incident was especially concerning. Another doctor tied her shoes and started examining our baby. I stopped her and politely asked her to wash her hands first. We have been going to Dr. Magadan since my 1st one was born and everyone we have met there is great! We never had an issue scheduling and I love that there is always an on call doctor 24/7. I have made calls off hours and someone always gets back to you. I highly recommend them!
Dr Magadan is the sweetest. She genuinely cares for my child and is very intelligent. She doesn't push anything on you and has the child's wellbeing as number one priority. Front desk is even kind and understanding which is refreshing. When you walk in the office doesn't look like your typical pediatrician's office with all the crazy colors, but I'm here for great care not what the decor and color of the walls.
