Dr. Carroll was my son's pediatrician for a number of years until my job took me away from the Alpharetta area. Tonight I was looking back at my son's infancy and all the illness he suffered with and am so very grateful for her guidance and wisdom and her innate ability to listen to terrified mothers. to this day I am so thankful Dr. Carroll was my son's pediatrician. My son is almost 20 years old now. Thank you for all you do for these kids!
We’ve been seeing Dr. Forman since 2001 and the other doctors occasionally for sick visits. They’ve always worked us in when we needed it and provide consistently wonderful care. I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else. I’m not looking forward to the day that my youngest ages out.
After moving here from out of state during the first week of school- we needed almost immediate visits for forms and checkups and even a sick visit- for our five children. The office staff are such kind, accommodating, and and extremely efficient group and the doctors and nurses are thoughtful, caring and focused. I am so glad we found Pediatric Associates of Johns Creek :)

We started taking our kids here in 2016, when we moved to Johns Creek. Once we moved to Cumming, we tried another pediatrician closer to home. That was a mistake. :( Took my son back to Pediatric Associates of Johns Creek today and had a great experience! Although a bit of a drive, we're keeping the kiddos at this pediatrician. The nurses, doctors, and front desk staff are knowledgeable, competent, efficient, and friendly! The office is bright and clean. Very little wait time. Highly recommend!
