Do not get Dr Leblanc she likes to wright very rude statements in your child’s chart. She likes to bully children’s parents.
I’m giving this specific review one star because this office has no idea how rude one specific nurse is and she is ruining it for them DAWN. There are other reviews about her as well I’m in disbelief as to why she works with people she is extremely rude condescending and just not helpful. You can certainly tell she’s unhappy with the job I have had multiple disagreements with her and have even talked to management my kids have been with Dr Konway for 10 years and I’m seriously thinking of changing because of this!
My kids have been going here for a while and everyone has been great. We saw Dr. Conway multiple times and she has been outstanding, always listening well and great bedside manners!
I have been bringing my kids to Pediatric Associates of Hampden County for the past 12+ years. The doctors, medical assistants and front desk staff have always been helpful, supportive and professional. I have been very happy with the care from the doctors who see them for their well visits as well as the doctors who have seen them during sick visits.
Regarding my newborn, I saw two different pediatricians that made me feel unheard during one of the most difficult times of my life. For 7 long weeks, I voiced real concerns and was repeatedly told everything was “normal” or that it would pass without real investigation or support. It’s one thing not to have all the answers, but it’s another to speak with confidence on things outside your expertise, be told every concerning symptom is “normal” and completely invalidate a struggling mother looking for help.
