We have been serving children in greater Cincinnati area for over 40 years. We have 4 locations which include Fairfield, Hamilton, Mason and Harrison. Our pediatricians are Board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics, and our Pediatric Nurse Practitioners are certified by the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Associates and Practitioners. Additionally we offer therapy services on-site to established patients through our Developmental Pediatric Group. We accept most insurance plans.

So done with Pediatric Associates of Fairfield. They wont even call in a prescription for pink eye even though my kid has symptoms & has been exposed. They want me to make an appointment so they can BILL me & my insurance. My babysitter's DR had no problem doing this for them. This policy needs REVISED. Some of us have to work too to pay those bills you send. I had to leave work early yesterday to bring my daughter there. Looking for a new provider‼👎
RecommendedI went here as a child and it was my first choice for a pediatrician when I had my children. Every doctor/nurse practitioner is knowledgeable and takes the time to hear your concerns. When my children are sick, I can always easily talk to a nurse and I have always been able to see a doctor that same day or the next day if it’s an immediate concern/sickness. I want to shout out and thank one of my friends for recommending Dr. Michelle Burch with Pediatric Associates. She is the best pediatrician I could ever ask for. Instead of us coming in all with the stomach bug she called us to reassure us that we were doing everything right and giving us some other tips to try too. She also took one of our concerns with another doctor we had to see last minute and is trying to make sure it doesn’t happen again. I’m a physician from St . Louis (anesthesiologist) who has a 17 y/o daughter who is a freshman at Miami U. I called this AM to have her seen for chest pain (intermittent, 1-2 per day, non-exertional which I feel is non-cardiac). My insurance is listed as “accepted” on the website, yet I was told that my daughter would not be acceptable to be seen by one of the pediatricians. if you plan on having a dr app there for a well check with no shots no nothing just weight hearing and verify nothing changed. you will have to wait forever I got to the dr at 748 granted my app was at 8 and I still didnt see dr at 835. so I left I had another app at 9am... rediculious
Have been going here for 14 years and plan to keep going with my younger daughter .
The office is dirty and hasn’t been kept up well. I’ve been to doctors offices all over and this is by far the worse. The waiting area didn’t have anything for the kids, most pediatric offices have toys, a cartoon playing, or something. I felt like my kids were at a higher risk of getting sick, due to the visit. The staff are cold and seem like there busy. They didn’t really seem to care, I felt like we were bothering them.
