There is a separate entrance for newborns and a separate seating area for sick vs well children. The rooms and equipment are always clean. The hours are great for working parents. My phone calls are always returned in a timely manner. The staff is knowledgable on allergies and other various ailments that perplex moms. Dr. Umalauf has privileges at both Oakwood and Children's Hospital of Michigan which is important to me. All I can say is that this is by far this is the best pediatric office. From the Doctors to the staff they are companionate, sweet, kind and loving. They are honestly family they make you feel like family! All 3 of my kids went there since birth for 8 years until I moved out of state. I have yet found a doctors office as professional & sweet as them. Till this day I can always call them for advice the staff or doctors & there always happy to help in anyway. We have been seeing Dr. Umlauf for 16 years. Can't imagine taking my kids anywhere else.
Super Job... Everyone is nice, welcoming, and very friendly. Love everyone there.
I love Dr. Umlauf and her staff, they always are nice and friendly, my children has been for almost 16 years. when they are sick I call and they give the appointment for the same day.
