We have been patients of Dr. Perriello's for three years and have been thrilled with the care we have received from her and physicians we have rotated through for urgent visits. There just isn't a price to put on pediatricians that are available 24/7 who spend so much time answering our questions.
I just called to get my sons meds refilled ok cant get them because he needs to he seen by his doctor. I was just in there last month for a med check up so why do i need another one.was told dr would not fill the percription till he sees my child mind you now the earliest i can get one june 7 last day of school is June 3 my son has ADHD and without his meds he can't go to school because he is to hyper with out it.So you mean to tell me my son cant go to school. We have been using this practice for over a year and typically our experiences have been great, but yesterday I was very disappointed by how we were treated by the nurse and doctor. I brought my toddler in as advised by the triage nurse. The appointment was very rushed and the nurse and doctor were not thorough. Our regular doctor is on maternity leave and I cannot wait until she returns!!
15 years with this group and most of it was wonderful. The north office is different today than it once was. I recall both Doctors and nurses going out of their way nights and weekends. The Ivy office and the downtown office still have excellent people working very hard to help children and families.
My daughter use to be terrified of doctors until we went to Pediatrics Associates now my daughter loves going there. My daughter loves Dr Bouber. She is a great doctor!
