Dr. Nicholais, the PAs, nurses, office staff, everyone is friendly, helpful, and informative. We have had an amazing experience at Pediatric Associates. Our concerns are always listened to and they are always there to help us through both sick and healthy situations with care and compassion.
We had Dr souri for one son- didn’t seem too invested in any issues which sucks. Told us to let him cry it out when we asked for suggestions other than that for better sleep. He’s 2 years old… For my second son I can’t recall her name but she was amazing! No complaints there. The low review is mostly for the staff. I didn’t have an insurance card for my newborn when he was born yet and they gave me attitude and basically left me standing there feeling stupid. Disgustingly rude office staff and completely unfit for customer-facing roles. Their unprofessional behavior overshadows the pediatrician’s care.
I’ve been with PEDIATRIC associate from 2013 until today. They’re the best.
