Today was my son's first time going. Everyone was professional and efficient. The doctor also was very professional and asked pertinent questions for my son's well-being.
They made my son feel very comfortable and answered all his questions at 11 years old I’m glad they didn’t lie to him about the shots he received
This is a very poorly managed office. Our appointment was at 8:20 and 8:45 they still have a room for our children. Every time we visit this office, there is a ridiculous long wait. They over book appointments, causing us not to be seen in decent time frame. Staff are sitting around the office doing nothing to help expidite our appointment. This is flat out unacceptable
