As an healthcare worker my self Pediatric Associates are very unprofessional and rude. The front desk staff rude violates a lot of Hippa Policies. I observe front desk speak rudely to a patient because she was a constant no show stated you just need to find another provider or practice agree about Dr.Livinggood awful as the cosmetics she have had done. I do not recommend go find a private practice Dr and stop taking your children to these groups.
My children have been going to this practice since 2008 and it has gone down hill tremendously. There is a single receptionist and physician that keeps me from switching elsewhere. If you are looking for an overall amazing office, look elsewhere.
Dr. Meeks is the best pediatrician. He has taken care of all of my children, since my oldest two were like 6 and 7, now there 18 and turning 17. I wont take my kids to see anyone else, because he always makes sure that we are well taken care of, and if he needs to he squeezes us into his schedule when really needed. Awesome place!!!
Always called when have question about my children and No one ever answer ….It’s been over five times
