I couldn't agree more with the other reviewers ... their billing department is horrible!!! They don't have any follow through and nothing about the experience is personal. You are transferred to a "call in" in another country and can NEVER speak with someone in your actual office. I have been on hold for 30+ minutes at times. I've left voice messages, written emails through the patient portal and even asked the front desk at my local office to help facilitate a refund that they acknowledge they owe me. Pediatric Associates ****************** is TERRIBLE...... I tried to get an appointment for my son and I was told we have a bill and to call the billing department to settle the issue. Okay, no problem. I called the office I attend and they transferred me, but couldn't get through. I called the eight hundred number, set on the phone for 6 minutes, then no response. My child and I were in very troubling situation where our benefits were completely cut off, in regards to his very necessary treatments he needs for his adhd. They left us suffering because of there lack of care and responsibility to turn in essential documents to our insurance. It is resolved now, but I still need to speak up on their negligence.

This is not the first time I have issues with their billing department,This time the issue is the following: back in April I wanted to schedule an appointment for a doctor to see my daughter at the ******* location, nothing urgent or else I would have gone to a ER or urgent care location. I found an appointment at 5 pm a few days later, there was not alert as of the appointment I was going to make was an after-hours appointment that would reflect an additional $150 charge. The most IMPERSONAL experience EVER!!! EVERYTIME. No one would ever believe that we as a country as a world become so impersonal for such personal matters. As a primary care office no one should be deprived the opportunity to speak with a direct indiviual who KNOWS and handles your care, your "primary care". They don't supply masks. But enforce patients to wear them. You never know a patients reason for their visit. I had to run all over the place searching for a mask and almost missed my daughters appointment. I'm glad I at least arrived early.

Waiting usually an hour just to be admitted to a Waiting room where you wait another 45 to 1 hr . Billing is always a mess ; getting incorrect bills and spending hours correcting the mess on the phone.

I love Dr. Jack. He literally is the only reason I continue with Pediatric Assc. The customer service is so bad. I requested a call back about about the covid vaccination and what our options are as parents. She was very rude, I even told her "you are being aggressive!" and tried to defend her rudeness with "I'm concerned!" Are you kidding me!! The rep by the name of ***** was so rude she literally was speaking over me, spelling her name loudly and aggressively and saying "you know like the planet!" I personally don't know w... read more

They sent a co-pay of $30 to a collection agency, without notifying me of the alleged debt. The funny thing was is that I already paid them On the day of the visit. Furthermore, I have been back since the visit several times and never been notified of any outstanding payments. I sent them proof of payment and they still haven't reached out to the collection agency (9days later) to resolve their mistake.
