My baby was SICK. Had congestion and deep cough for weeks. Took him here and was told “his lungs sound clear, he’s fine”. Took him to urgent care and he was given actual treatment that helped him get over is sickness. I should have listened to my friend about this place. Multiple people had warned me about this place and shared their horror stories. That they don’t treat what’s going on. Run unnecessary repeated tests on children, causing you to have a very high bill due to them. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD HERE!
I want to share my experience so other parents can be aware. I was told a telehealth visit for a simple medical form for my daughter would cost $25, and based on that I agreed. However, I later received a bill for $177 with no clear explanation. This feels misleading and very disappointing. Pricing should be transparent from the beginning so families can make informed decisions.
Pediatric Associates in Lauderdale Lakes is the worst. My son came on Monday with a bad cold. The doctor said that she will call in his medication. 3 days later 3 calls to the office and pharmacy, and still no medicine. I could not keep my son home any longer. God forbid a child gets his cold. Came to the office, and like I was told on the phone they will send the doctor a message, but when I said I will wait I was told I will be waiting all day. Google really needs to allow no stars to be an option! This company goes downhill every second of the day. The doctors are great, but the reps are horrendous! NO training , no professionalism, nothing! I sent a nice LOOONNNNGG email to corporate lets see if they respond. YOU are endangering children's health by how careless you are with appointments, referrals being sent out (or not sent out in my case)!!!!!!! They have a thousand locations with a thousand employees and you have wait 7 to 10 business for a piece of paper lol the worst ever only for kids who doesn’t need specialty doctors
