I am very pleased with the dental care I get at Smith & Elliott Dental. Eva is a great hygienist! Friendly, caring. One issue I encountered: I had an 8:00 am appointment. Per the protocol, I tried to call in from my car to check in. When calling the phone number provided, I got a busy signal until 8:08 am. When I finally got through, I got an automated answering system. On my next try, a person finally answered. Thomas we appreciate your valuable input. Yesterday morning we were experiencing a phone issue apparently for about 10 minutes. We are very sorry for any concerns it may have caused our patients yesterday morning, we were not aware of it at the time. Thank you for being patient and no it is not an everyday occurrence.
Dr. Smith greeted and assisted me into the practice after taking my temp. Kindly and professional greeting and help. Eva cleaned my teeth and provided caring and humorous interaction and services. Dr. Elliott assisted me exiting and returning to my wife's car after Eva completed her services. The professional and personal respect were beyond expectations. Great people all including the office check-out woman/secretary.
If you are looking for a fantastic dental practice, I would highly recommend Dr. Smith. The entire office staff and Dr. Smith were wonderful! So happy I found them!
I needed a crown, didn’t take the antibiotic, so Dr Elliot gave it to me, waited an hour, then came back to do the job! Things went fantastic. I’m so impressed. I don’t live in KY so I think about changing dentists, but things like this, keep me driving 1/2 hour to keep coming there! I’m very pleased. Thank you.
