0 stars. These people are the worst of the worst. Over 2 weeks for the doctor to sign a speech re evaluation— resulting in a gap of services for my child and a huge delay for my child. You call PA and no one from the office will answer you. You are directed to a customer service department which is basically useless and does nothing but “ send the office a message. Impossible to ever get the actual staff at the location on the phone. Literally the most unprofessional, uncaring, non sympathetic staff ever.

I highly suggest you look for alternatives in your child's health care. My child has been a patient for many years now, and truth be told I was never 100% satisfied, but it was our best choice at one point due to the convenience in location. Now this review isn't about me judging if the doctor's are competent or not, it's about my experience dealing with the office. I've been here for more than 2 years and the doctor still can't solve my case or send me to a specialist. It's frustrating to see that they are very irresponsible for treating a patient like that. My advice don't go here.
