We have twin 10 year olds and recently switched to South Sound Pediatrics after having multiple provider changes with a different practice. Dr. Lirio came to see my newborn at the hospital the day after she was born, and said that she would be my child’s pediatrician. Her 2 day appointment was scheduled, and we went home. The next day, as we got our newborn ready for her appointment, we got a call from the clinic saying that they had to cancel our appointment because Dr. Lirio does not take our insurance. NP Jaime Plewa is my 13yo autistic son’s and 15yo dd‘s PCP. She is excellent! She listens attentively and is ready to work WITH us to address concerns. All staff we’ve encountered are kind and professional at each visit. I can’t recommend this location enough! They truly care about patients here.
