She’s lovely and kind to your face always, she will help you and help your child even after hours and she gives Excellent care but she may write lies and say terrible things about you in the notes in your chart. Things she doesn't discuss face to face with you. It's very hurtful and unprofessional especially when your postpartum and have just come from the nicu. If you choose to continue with her, after awhile request your notes and see for yourself

My girls had been apart of this association for almost three years now, and we loved dr meng. I had called to reschedule a missed an appointment and they had stated we had been a NCNS for five appointments now (had documents to show I had call before the appointments but they stated they were not counting) claimed they had called and sent letters, which I have not gotten any calls or letters. We love our Drs! Dr Meng is our pediatric, (we love the others as well) they always work to get our twins in together and we are more than happy with them.
All of the doctors are wonderful. Dr. Kingler is our primary, but we saw Dr. Haug a couple nights ago when my daughter was very sick and he personally called from the office the following day just to see how she was feeling. I was very impressed. Thank you Dr Haug and the whole staff for being so caring with my little girl!
The office flat out refused to see my sick child for an ear issue because we aren’t compliant with their vaccination protocol. Our issue was completely unrelated to vaccines. Still, they refused to see a sick child.
We are new to the area and have had EXCEPTIONAL care here! Our son was very sick and the doctor stayed until 8:30 pm when they closed at 8 to see our son for a second time that evening. The nurse (Jenny) even called me this morning to Check on our son saying that she worried about him last night after work and wanted to make sure he was better. This place is 100% dedicated to little ones.
