I scheduled a routine eye care appointment and I am on a fixed income. I asked them if there would be a charge and if so then I can't be seen. They said there would be no charge. I told them I had dry eyes and she said she could look at that. I asked if there would be charge she said no. They changed it to a medical visit which requires a co-pay. My son and I received prescriptions from here but have never had a pleasant experience. The person at the front desk was extremely rude when dealing with insurance. They prescribed bifocals to my 6 year old which he tried but couldn’t get used to so he stopped wearing them. When we tried to get the first prescription for him they wouldn’t even look it up for us. I recommend driving to Tulsa for competent staff and a more cordial experience.

WAS MY FAMILY EYE DR....I called in with an emergency from the ER they told me to speak to ER Dr to get treated they were busy and hung up on me ...I WAS DOING WHAT THE ER TOLD ME

Dr. Diver is amazing with my kids. He is kind, patient, and firm. Highly recommend!
