Very nice and inviting!
Absolute worst customer service communication ever. I am a previous patient and I’ve called the office six times over the last four weeks with not a single call back other than through a third-party who didn’t speak English well. When I asked details about the service I was inquiring about she literally said she could transfer me to the front desk, which is exactly who I have been leaving messages with.
