Been calling for 2 weeks, nobody answers. I leave voicemails with my callback number and nobody returns them. My child is in desperate need of therapy. Trying to harm her siblings and me and her father. They don't take into consideration the family that is at risk.
I’ve been seeing Dr. Jeffrey Woodard since I moved to Charlotte in 2021, and I cannot say enough great things about the care team and staff here! I’ve felt cared for, safe, and welcomed since becoming a patient 4 years ago. Jeffrey addresses my needs with genuine concern and my mental health and wellbeing have truly improved. The staff are friendly and easy to communicate with regarding insurance and billing. I definitely recommend going here if you’re looking for outstanding mental health care!
I have been seeing Jeffrey Woodard for over a year and he is the most caring and knowledgable psychiatric provider I have worked with. His knowledge on treating OCD is truly special. Was prescribed medication that CLEARLY was pushed by a pharma salesmen. She was always late to our appointments with me waiting 30 minutes past my appointment time. Had adverse reactions to the medication, proceeded to try and contact them. It took 2 days to get a response and Bria was insanely confrontational. Their medication team has absolutely no training on how to deal with someone who's anti-psychotic isn't working and having a hard time.
