Husband got hearing aids here and this place is VERY unreliable! The aids are fine but they keep canceling his follow up appointments on the DAY Of the Appt! So frustrating!
Rude and incompetent office staff. I am a self pay patient and the first thing I asked, before signing in or filling out paperwork, was to pay after the visit. The desk lady said that would be okay. I spent 30 minutes filling out paperwork and waiting. A random office girl, with a rude attitude and demeanor, came out a few minutes after I turned in the paperwork and told me I needed to pay the $250 up front.
