The office staff is unprofessional, rude, and disorganized. I called a week ago asking for a referral to be sent to my child’s eye doctor. I was told by desk staff it would be sent. I called the morning before our eye appointment, the referral was not sent. I was told it would be sent by this afternoon. Our appointment is 9 am tomorrow morning. Love coming here. Always a pleasant experience. Doctors and practitioners are vary helpful and knowledgeable.
Very unprofessional office. I took off work today to make sure my children were able to see the pediatrician. They cancelled our appointment one hour prior to the appointment. I don’t know about anyone else but l missed an entire day of pay because of this. I moved around my schedule to be able to make sure my children would be able to get a wellness check up. I moved my family here from another doctors office, and have been nothng but pleasantly surprised. They take you back on time (If not early!) The doctors are always very nice, they make sure all your questions are answered, and make sure to address any concerns. The front desk staff has always been nothing but extremely helpful with me. I have two older children that go here. The facility is very clean and well-kept. One big reason we moved care here!
