When calling this office in Toms River for an appointment. Which I’ve taken my son to for six years now, they open at 8:00 but as of lately they don’t turn the phones on so it says office is closed so it goes to the answering service which is annoyed because they don’t turn the phone on when they open. So had to take my son to walk in clinic he was very sick I followed up at pediatric Affiliates and was told they should have done this or that that’s why we don’t like those walk-in clinics! Was the waiting area spacious? Yes Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely Not! Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? No, I'm always worried they're going to settle with a solution that isn't the best Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? If your child is sick can the pediatrician see him/her on the same day? Yes, if my child is sick they get them in right away Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Yes Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? Not at all, their cologne smelled great Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, they were immaculate!

Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier!
