I’ve had my children go here since birth. I stopped taking them. I then went back for this physicals and thought the situation has worsen. They have one nurse in the West Hills office. This guy is amazingly cordial being that he is doing front desk customer service, check in, he is placing parents and their kids in rooms, preceding the basics of taking the weight, temperature, and all before Dr. Comes in. The physicians in this practice all know their medicine. As I read other reviews, it seems as though others have had a bad experience with style or something. I am not sure what they look for in a physician, but I have to tell you that I am a pediatrician myself and I switched to this group when the previous pediatrician messed up the vaccine schedule and was un-alarmed about my child's speech delay. I have never had those sort of issues with this group. Never. They know what represents healthy and what does not.
If you want to have any sort of communication don’t go here. You can’t get a hold of someone on the phone you can’t get a hold of someone by email and if you do make an appointment be ready to be greeted by someone who hates working there. It is no surprise that they’ve had six or seven nurses in the six months I’ve been there. You can’t get anyone to do anything to help you
