Went here after having bad experiences at my previous dentist. The entire staff was awesome from the moment I walked in. Would recommend them to anybody
Some of my friends dread going to the dentist to have their teeth cleaned. They claim it is uncomfortable at best and painful at worst. I suggest they simply switch to Fox Chapel Advanced Dental Care. No pain, no discomfort, no scary grinding and scraping noises. The equipment they use is state of the art and their hygienists know how to do the job quickly, quietly and with no discomfort. Also - everyone is very friendly and they don't keep me waiting. I took my Mom (age 93 with dementia) to get evaluated. She had 2 teeth broken off. I had previously called a few oral surgeons to see if they would look at my Mom. They did not want to. When I took my Mom into the office, we were greeted with a warm welcome. Dr. Kevin looked at my Mother and gave my sister and myself his professional opinion on my Mother's condition. Tracy's the very best. She is a true professional in every sense of the word. Fox Chapel Dental is in a class by themselves.
I had lost a crown and Dr. Bono was able to squeeze me in and help even though I'm an not one of his regular patients. Everyone was very friendly.. Importantly, the crown was trimmed to a much better fit making it more comfortable and much easier to floss.
The staff was friendly, professional, helpful in educating me about my dental needs.
The staff went above and beyond to make my experience pleasant. It was much appreciated! You certainly have a great team with excellent people skills.
Excellent care from Dentist(s) and Staff as well.
