I’ve found myself visiting the orchard park location more recently and I have never had a bad experience! All my worries are almost immediately put at ease, questions answered, and my son really enjoys the freeze pops!
This is truly the only urgent care in the area I’ll use for my son. It’s always a seamless and easy process from scheduling to the visit itself. He saw Jared who was extremely knowledgeable and gave great care. The nurses are also fantastic. 10/10 service every time I’ve had to visit.
We were seen with only a very short wait. The nursing staff, X-ray tech, and the PA were incredibly kind and friendly. Easy to chat with but also focused and professional. They were super sympathetic with my daughter who was very upset about her fractured wrist. They got us set up with a brace and gave us clear information about what to do next. Everyone was outstanding!
Quick, professional and accurate. From the receptionist to the medical professionals, excellent service all the way around.
