We brought my son in with a gash to his head. They got him in super fast, did 3 staples, and had us out of there within 20 min. I was very appreciative of the urgency!
They were so helpful and patient. Everyone seemed so knowledgeable
Got us in quickly! Staff were very knowledgeable and super friendly. All very attentive to our needs and took great care of my child.
I took my grandson who is 2 years old into the Orchard Park location. I was greeted with a smile. I went to the kiosk and signed in. I was called not 2 minutes later. Finished up there with a smile. The receptionist was awesome. Another maybe 4 minutes later, we were in taken to a room where they did as vitals, and talked to us with a smile, and they very with my grandson, couple minutes later they took us to our Room, 1 minute later we are greeted with a very nice smile, great attitude and again great with my boy.
