I am a first time expecting mom looking for a pediatrician for my newborn. I called the office to schedule a prenatal appointment, and the experience with the front desk was extremely disappointing and frustrating. From the start, the tone of the staff was dismissive. My 3 kids have been going here since they were babies (hitting the 20 yr mark now). We started in the Manhattan office and now go to the Scarsdale one. Doctors are great; staff all friendly, professional and polite. Highly recommend!
