I haven’t been here in almost year and some nasty person randomly calls me saying my son needs a well visit? I kindly told her we don’t go to this pediatrician anymore I had filled out the forms to get my children’s records and she said she doesn’t have record of it and that he needs a well visit. I proceeded to tell her the same thing again and she hung up on me. Why am I being called for a “well visit” my child is well and we don’t go to this office.
It was A+++ from the front desk to the clinical staff. The billing team was so helpful also. I highly recommend this pediatric office. Although the yearly fee they have in place is extra its well worth it.
Love the office and our doctor. Hug my recommend it.
