I have been taking my kids here since my 27 yr old daughter was born. Now i take my granddaughter there. I Love the staff. Kind, polite, caring. We all are missing Dr. Vitek. He was the greatest.
I think the care by the doctors are great (we love Dr. Dewey), but am growing frustrated with trying to reach the office or staff after hours. The lines in the morning upon opening are frequently busy (most offices do NOT have this as an option - but instead always have live staff answering calls), I have put in a message to the on call doctor that was not returned. Today, my daughter needs to be seen but I am only able to speak to the after hours staff despite the office being open. She told me it'll be a while before I hea... read more
Thank goodness for the medical staff! My infant son was exposed to RSV at his daycare recently and he as well became sick. We spent several days fighting a fever and being anxious about his symptoms. The entire staff was amazing, fitting us in for several appointments to check on his fevers and breathing. We even got a reassuring phone call from the doctor letting us know the results from his chest X-ray almost immediately. I thank he staff at the office in Wilbraham from the bottom of my heart. I called on the morning of Tuesday Feb 7th. My daughter was not feeling good on Monday so she came home early from school. On Tuesday, she was up all night with going to the bathroom. Her symptoms were what I thought the 24/hr flu. When she woke up she could barely walk because her stomach was really bothering her. My kids used this doctors and bunch of good doctors and great nurses and mas only reason left is cause my son felt comfortable and we loved a certain Dr plus she knew everything about him . I do miss the nursing staff bunch of kind and caring
