My daughter has been going here to see Dr. king since she was an infant; she's now 12. Everything was good until recently. He sent us to CHOP for a Scoliosis exam, but when we got there, the receptionist told us there was no billing code on the referral. The receptionist told me to call the doctor to get the billing code, which I also thought was not practical, but I did and when I called over and over for an hour, I couldn't get anyone on the phone but the answering service-mind you, it was the middle of the day!
