Terrible customer service, got fungus
Two stars solely because May took great care of me over a month ago and April took great care of me today for the removal of my biogel overlay. On July 17th, Nancy did my bio gel refill and rushed the process - unbeknownst to me this would cause MOLD to grow beneath the gel later. After some research I identified that the cause of this problem is either improper application of the overlay or inadequate curing time under UV lamps.
