They always done a good job. However worst costumer service experience. I had a major event on a long weekend that I booked weeks in advance for. The nail tech HELEN told me she doesn’t work Wednesdays but would this time because of the long weekend. THE DAY BEFORE SHE CANCELED and said “I told you I don’t work Wednesdays”. By that point I had no other time in my schedule to book another day. Worst experience ever. Never go there!

Today I went for a pedicure. I asked the receptionist how much. He said $35. When I sat down, the girl told me $40. $5 was for removing the polish. I have been in Canada for years and no one has charged extra for removing the polish. However, within 15 minutes the girl said it was over. She didn't remove any of the cracks on my heels. I get pedicures every month and my feet aren't that bad. She said you need to get treatment. I said how did it end so quickly? Even cut my foot and you can see the blood.
