Made an appointment then when I arrived was lied to that i was at the wrong location. Showed proof of appointment and location then acted clueless. Don't recommend
I have always had such a good experience here. I enjoy getting my nails done from Tony, and he never fails to disappoint. Would highly recommend.
I had a disappointing experience with this nail salon. Even after booking an appointment, they didn’t inform me in advance that they didn’t have time for the service I wanted. Instead, they asked me to choose between a manicure or pedicure, even though all the staff were free, and there were no other customers. It felt disorganized and unprofessional, especially since appointments are meant to reserve time for customers. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless they improve their booking and communication practices.
