GREAT NAILS! Got gel X done and the lady was lovely and completed the most beautiful set! It was Lisa and she is amazing !
I visited this location twice for eyebrow, lip, and chin wax. First off, it’s really easy and convenient to book an appointment through their website. The first time was really good, I was satisfied with the service offered but this morning was really bad. I think the woman doing my eyebrows had no idea what she was doing. She burned and bruised the area above my eye under the eyebrow and the wax used was really hot. I will definitely use a different person next time to do my eyebrows. I had an absolutely terrible experience at this nail salon. First, they didn’t have the color I wanted, even though it’s a common shade I’ve found at many other salons. Eric, the nail technician, tried to mix a replacement color, but it wasn’t even close to what I asked for. When it came to applying the chrome, it was a complete disaster. He couldn’t get the chrome to stick to my nails at all, and instead, there was chrome dust all over the skin around my nails. Great nails! Very nice workers and great quick service. I had Eric and he was very careful, making sure I was happy with my nails.
My nails are very soft so I wanted to give it a break after having shellac. I requested simple mani pedi. I’m not a fussy person, didn’t even care for polish, just wanted what I paid for. My toes were done okay but the mani was definitely NOT. She basically trimmed my nails with a clear coat. She didn’t clean underneath, rinse or use the hot towel after filing, no lotion or massage.
