I love this Pedi n Nails location, everyone is accommodating. I always book with Q because she understands the assignment everytime!! She never fails to exceed my expectations, I don’t let anyone touch my nails except her. She doesn’t disappoint ever!!
I really expected better from this salon since they have been saying that the management changed and everything is better now. It was my first time , i showed them the specific color and design i wanted and exact pricing for it. They gave me the pricing and said they'll be able to do it. In the middle of buffing my nails, the lady says they don't have the colour i wanted.Then they proceeded to say "oh my bad" as if it was gonna fix the situation. Came with my wife on karwachauth day. My wife got pampered and she got all the right attention to get manicure and pedicure done. Thank you she is happy
Excellent customer service! And so much patience. I didn't have a reference photo, but Q did her absolute best to bring my vacation nails idea to life!! They turned out so much better than I could have hoped for!!!
