I keep getting spam paper mail about selling my home from Grant Farnum @ Pederson. I’d be more likely to hire a competitor someday than a company that consistently sends me unmarked mail (no return address) so I open it. Waste of paper and a waste of my time.
Long Review but you should read: Justin from the very beginning back in 2019 when we first contracted him to sell our home he was immediately stating that he was going to be able to put our house on the market easily for 20-30k more than any other realtor that we talked to. Knowing now that any realtor can put it on the market for whatever they want. The fact is can they really get it to sell for that price. ***Best realtor in the Twin Cities!*** We went with Pederson Realty, and used Realtor, Justin Skidmore. My husband and i were looking for a home in Woodbury, or Cottage Grove Minnesota and we were struggling with how crazy competitive the Real Estate market is. Justin did an incredible job going out of his way showing us multiple homes and sometimes using zoom to show us homes when we were out of town. If you're looking for a outstanding Realty team in the Minnesota or Wisconsin area I highly recommend Pederson Realty! They really took the stress out of selling our home for us. We had offers within two days. Their entire team is really on point. Jamie, Chad and Courtney really went above and beyond helping us through the entire process. When we had any questions (even in the middle of the night) they were right there with answers and guidance you only get with experience.
Grant Farnum mailed me a letter saying he had a buyer interested in my house, but there was no buyer and then he wanted to show me houses (so he could be my buyer agent). Why lie like that?
