My dental visits to Dr. Hancher’s office have always been pleasant experiences. The office is very clean. The care team is professional and friendly. I have never been taken back late for an appointment. This office has my highest recommendation.
I had tenderness by my ear or jaw, it turns out after a visit to Cuba urgent care, that I have lymphadenitis. Perhaps this was the wait time for an appointment after a root canal procedure, that infection set in. It was just unfortunate timing during summer scheduling. I'm a new patient.
Only had one visit here so far, but it was a pleasant one. I was seen quickly and the x-rays went fast as did the checkup. The dental hygenist and dentist I saw were very nice.
I have been going to Wellsville Dental for many years. I have always appreciated the friendliness of the staff and their understanding of life situations that can happen over the years. I appreciate even more that they are a small family that acts like it. If they make a mistake ( as humans do)they value you as a patient enough to apologize and make the situation right to the best of their ability. I would never choose to go anywhere else. 😀
How pleasant it was to go in, be greeted by multiple staff with a smile, and receive personal treatment from both the hygienist and the dentist. I didn't feel like just another patient. Very nice folks with a professional, coryeous, and gentle approach. Refreshing! AND a choice of flavored polish, too! Woohoo!! :)
