The absolute worst property management company I have Ever rented from. Never did a move in inspection of our unit, which had 3 sets of tenants before we took over. Unit had not had a walkthrough done for about 5 years, then took over 21 days to send us any receipts for moving our cleaning costs. After the 21 day period, they ended up charging $850 to our security deposit for carpet cleaning on the unit stating due to “heavy traffic use” since the apartment had not had inspection in 5 years.
