From Wisconsin training on my road bike. I Met the owners when my bike was down with a flat tire and they helped me out with a smile while doing everything they could to help me. I was very pleased they could get me back on the road to finish my ride. Thanks!!
This store is no longer a good place to buy anything from, it was so much better when Archie owned it. The new owners, husband and wife are very dishonest and lie about products that they supposedly have ordered for the customer! They don’t answer the phone and never return messages! BEWARE of this place!
Had an issue with my Pedego. Not only were they able to repair my bike, the cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend this shop with all else bike issues.
Such wonderful and nice people. We had purchased our bikes before coming to Alabama and had some issues. They didnt care what brand of bikes we had and took care of us as if we have been their customers all along. When we picked up my bike they went above and beyond and had my bike shiny and looking like new. I can’t stress how kind and accommodating they were. During our winter stay in Alabama I won’t take our bikes anywhere else.
If you’re trying to rent a Burley baby trailer and they ask how old your baby is just tell them 12 months otherwise they won’t it rent to you per “manufacturer recommendations” Understandable policy, but when your baby turns 12 months in two weeks it’s equally frustrating. So much for telling the truth. Nice guy inside, but will rent from others in OB (Infinity) going forward. Would have been nice to see this policy somewhere online before showing up to the store.
