Thought we were going to have a good transaction with Peddle but we were wrong. They were scheduled to pick up between 2 and 4. Silence from anyone until 10 till 4 from the driver saying he would be 30 minutes late. The 30 minutes come and go and no word from the driver. Quick and easy process.. Great customer service. Kept me updated throughout the whole time. 😀 car was picked up when the tow driver said it would. I would recommend peddle to anyone trying to junk a vehicle.😀

Yes I had a smooth transition. Did paper work on line got offer except it. They set-up pickup day for next day. In formed me they will notify me 1 hour before arrival and driver didn't but that was ok I called Company she call tow truck company and gave me there #. Driver apologize for not calling. He gave me paper work and my check and I have him signed TITLE. that truck that truck. I would recommend this company to my family/friends. They get 4 stars. Company is legal. It's safe.

Waited all day gave me the run around never a call that day they where to pick up my car. Called again the next morning they tell us the tow person had a flat again they should have at least called to let us know that. I went to cancel then they stepped up changed my carrier. Do not use "Vehicle Solutions" as your Towing carrier. Rude!! Now we r waiting another day to see what happens. After today we're done with this company and their Towing carriers if they do not show. Will tell others not to use them. Stressful missing o... read more
