The Pedders team in Osborne park were very accommodating. I was very impressed with the customer service of the gentleman that served me. His customer service was exceptional and kept me updated throughout the visit. All my concerns and questions were answered and rectified on the day.
Awesome service from these guys. Highly recommend! Travelled down from Geraldton on a Friday and got into Perth with a serious shudder and clunking noise coming from the left front of our 200 series. (Car had been in at Toyota for a full check over the week before, and we were told there were zero issues!) Had a strange intermittent clunking noise. Corbin and the young man with the red hair not only took the time to try and find the issue but explained and showed what it might be when their inspection couldn't find anything obvious. Neither of them talked down to me, which I appreciate.
I was blown away with the service today. The $28 suspension and brake check was valuable but not as much as the advice I received. My suspension (not Pedders) has been a problem since installed 2 years ago and this is the first time someone has identified and explained the issue and the possibke solutions. Thanks Pedders!
Great service and price. Asked for a quote 1 day and had the front brakes rotors and pads done the next day. Professional and courteous team who were very happy to serve.
