They were trying to place us in cars that we were not even interested in. We weren’t asked anything of our preferences or budget. We had to explain our budget and then they said not much options. It seemed like they wanted to rush and scoot us. Finally we got to test driving a car and things were fine until paperwork. For some reason they had my partners info on the paperwork even though we clearly said we didn’t want it on the application. They wanted a copy of his ID. We thought it was weird because he gave his DL strictly... read more

Friday, March 24, 2023 I sold on February 21 my 2023 Hyundai Elantra to Pedder Nissan. We agreed on a price. The salesman (Santiago) told me to expect a check within two to three weeks. Today is March 24, 2023. I DO NOT HAVE MY MONEY! The stated reason they did not cut a check on February 21 is that they needed the title, although the title is guaranteed. This policy stems from one bad incident. This, to me, means Pedder Nissan does not trust anyone, but expects people to trust them. The only conclusion I can draw from this ... read more

Attempting to work with Pedder Nissan to purchase a car was a horrible experience. We called to verify the price of the car and that there were not going to be after market fees. After driving an hour to look at the vehicle and spending multiple hours at the dealership, they insisted there would be additional fees and kept increasing the price of the car throughout the negotiation process. Stay away from Pedder Nissan!

Took my Nissan Altima to the shop got charged over $2000 to get it fixed. After 3 weeks been calling so I can take car to get it checked again since it’s doing the same thing, my 18 year old daughter drives that car to SD county and is very dangerous for her to drive it and they just refuse to speak to us since my husband is Spanish speaking only. Shame, really! Finally went over and had gave them and get appointment at 8:30 today and it’s 3:55 and haven’t heard from them. I believe they close at 4 so that means not car for ... read more

False advertising. I live out of state and was planning on driving to buy a vehicle from them. Thankfully I asked them before I left exactly what the total price would be and whether or not I needed to get a cashier's check. I expected to pay taxes and registration for my state as well as dealer doc fees which are also mostly a scam but that's another topic. However, I did not expect to pay an extra $4000.00 in "Dealer Accessories" as they called them. Nowhere in their listing did it say these fees existed. And I mean nowher... read more

I took my car there to have a key programmed and they called me up and said everything was all right and that it was programmed the car started it just stalled it was no big deal but I was willing to accept that and the car did not start it would not start and everything was the same as it was when I dropped it off there only now I paid $160 that they're not giving me back for a service they did not provide pattern Nissan is the worst dealership I've ever been to

This was the second time I went to Pedder Nissan I'm Hemet . The first time I left upset as they kept trying to sell me things I didn't want. This last tr it was almost the same...I used their Kbb app to get a trade in value that they should have sniffed by. It was $6920 for my 2013 Toyota Corolla with 94k miles. Anyway they offered me $5k so I thought I was getting a good deal on the car I wanted so I let it go at that I repeatedly asked about the warranty as Hyundai had a good powertrain warranty. I asked both the sales gu... read more

Pedder Nissan, padded my contract with a unnecessary "inspection" for a lease buy out, costing $1820 which is worthless. They made misleading statements to get me to allow the item on the purchase agreement. They are primarily concerned about making money even through unethical means. Customers are not a priority at all. All attempts from their own customer care team at Nissan Corporate to negotiate a proper outcome was ignored.
