Ok, I am an Analyst by trade. I reached out to multiple dealers in LA, Orange and SD county and the best price was at Pedder Hyundai. The staff communicated with me through the process. I was warmly greeted when I arrived and quickly helped by Izsabella. We did a quick test drive. She was personable and kind. Outstanding appointment with the Service Dept yesterday. Everything about it right down to the ice cold water in the lounge made it a great experience. Jason McQuarie was my service agent. Knowledgeable, experienced, thorough, and friendly. He monitored my Sonata's progress through service and kept me posted. No surprises. Pedder is, by far, the best Hyundai dealership in San Diego (Poway). Have been to them all.

Great experience buying a vehicle from this dealership. Wesley (internet sales mgr.), Ruben (salesperson), and Jessica (finance) were all friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.
