Wow, so I made an appointment to come see a 2023 GMC 2500HD with Virgil the internet salesmen. I came down from southern Oregon, which isn’t a short trip. Told the salesmen how far away I was, and was gonna pay 50k cash for the truck that was 52,800. I called this morning to say im 1hr away and made sure he was gunna have the truck on the lot. I talked to sales manager on phone, mu friend to the same person same day, I asked if ypu have car available right now with this deal, and he said yes, we habe 5of them . I said I will be there in 20 minutes, when I got there a sales person wasted another 20 minutes of my time to say they don't have that car! Sales manager even didn't come out to talk to me!! Lack of professionalism in every aspect oof it
