If I could give less than 1 star I would. I bought a 'coach' from Pedata. Flew in from Mn. 2 days after my mom died and purchased the 'coach' and started driving home. The check engine light came on after approx 400 miles. We continued on as it was not an option to stop due to covid. We made it home to MN. It was taken into the local mechanic to have the check engine light fixed and ended up replacing the ignition coil to the tune of $400.00 1 week later we loaded up to travel to Kansas City Mo. to drop my moms belongings ... read more
Liars & frauds. Run.
Liars. Frauds. Lied about "excellent" condition of RV. Bused, ferried & flew from WA to buy. Discovered they'd lied about major, obvious flaws (peeling wallpaper, big slash in seat, unbalanced tires. Unfortunately, we paid a high price (and learned a hard lesson) by failing to pull reviews on Pedata. Trusted them. Read BBB reports: Yikes.
Horrific customer service. Liars & frauds. Told us RV was in "excellent condition." After traveling a day (bus, ferry & plane) to buy RV, we found peeling wallpaper, a giant slash in couch, and unbalanced tires. Refused to purchase, and spent another day getting home. Do not trust one word uttered by this nasty company.
This is the place for RVs. Short, simple and sweet is all we can say. We flew in from Atlanta, Ga and are very happy with our experience. Every one was tremendously helpful and we feel we got the deal we wanted. Buying an rv online is crazy but Pedata made it so simple
The sales staff here is amazing. We felt so welcome from the second we walked on the lot. We were greeted by a man named Jerry and he helped us a TON thru the whole deal. Upon our final walk thru our unit was impeccably clean. Dave showed us some great tips and tricks during our walk thru. We had a great experience at Pedata RV Center.
We loved our salesman. He made the whole RV purchase so much fun. The rest of the staff was just as friendly. Our RV was clean and ready and on-time. Their website was very helpful on determining what RV to pick. We love our RV and the team at Pedata.
Service Department We just had our RV serviced at Pedata, the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable while we waited and far exceeded our expectations with the repairs. Will recomend to friends and continue bring them my business!!!!!
did not even want to show us their coaches We were in Tucson for family business and stopped in to check out some of the units we had seen on their website. We were told that this is a wholesale business and the coaches were not available for inspection, they were not cleaned or ready for display. We do not recommend this "wholesale" dealer
