I just bought a Specialized commuter 2 months ago. Nate and Ben have always been helpful even before I bought a bike from them....when I had my old one. I love talking with people who share my passion with cycling. Yesterday was perfect riding...hopefully today will be the same. I am 60 and from 2014 to date I have biked over 1,000 + miles. Only reason not more is weather of course. I feel so free......close to flying perhaps?. .
Nate, Ben and Jeff are a great crew. Nate got me fitted and on a bike with outstanding service, the guy really cares that you walk out satisfied. I don't know how other bike shops around here treat people, and I see no reason to find out...Pedal Works is the way to go. Thanks Guys!
