Michael was phenomenal in his customer service. He helped me find a bike that was comfortable and did several adjustments on it till it felt just perfect. I am so excieted to get my new bike that I ordered!
I put on my Fast Track Flak Jacket tires on my bike and now it rides so much better. I would have never believed that a set of tires could radically change how a bike handles. It’s made bike riding a joy again. Thank you for your recommendation of Fast Trak Flak Jacket tires!

Bought a felt z3 from nates shop last yr. A couple weeks ago i got shoes and pedals. He took a lot of time to refit me to my bike. Set new personal best this evening, 24 miles average 18 mph. Couldn't be happy with pedal works. Oh yeah, sent a friend up there for a specialized sequia and feels the same way.
