RecommendedNate and Tucker were great! I have a 3-wheel recumbent that is operated by hand-cranking, so I wasn't sure if they would be able to work on it, but, as Tucker told me, "the only difference is you use your hands instead of your feet, but the mechanics are the same!" I took it in for a tune-up, and they did a great job, at a fantastic price! It runs & shifts smoothly, the brakes are perfect, tires spin quietly & effortlessly, AND, they must have dusted it too, because it looks great!! LOL . Great guys! Worked on my Ebike that I did Not buy from them. Helped diagnose De-railer issue due to factory Quality Control. Which allowed me to get new parts from Manufacturer so they could install as tune up for me. Will be bringing both my bikes here for Annual or any other service!

I am new to cycling , having recently retired , PWC is outstanding . Nate is truly the epitome of a most knowledgeable cycle “pedia” (encyclopedia). In my dealings with PWC I have been treated with much respect and given plenty of time and sound none pushy advice. The environment within the shop is really electric and it is akin to being in an Aladdin’s cave, so many goodies, so much quality gear. I have embraced the open road with a super road bike 🚴🏿♂️, I now , thanks to Nate , ride a Specialized .
I have known Nate since I have been cycling and he is always been right there to impart wise to help me be a better cyclist, repair my bikes and recommend new bikes and accessories. He is my go to guy and that is why when I buy a new bike he will be the one selling it to me!

Nate Underwood and the whole team at Petal Works Cyclery is amazing! Goes above and beyond to make sure I got the perfect bike. He could have easily sold me a bike he had in stock but didn’t feel like the fit was 100%. He ended up ordering a bike in a smaller size and the fit is perfect. Buy from this shop. You won’t be disappointed.
