Just a quick update 6/13/17 - just so thankful for Rob's advice on the new bike rack. Brought back the bikes from the beach and I was so pleased! Bikes were secure, I never felt worried at any speed in any highway. And it's lightweight enough that I put it in and took it out myself. Thanks again Rob!! I have been a customer and participated in the weekly Saturday morning Pedal Sports Shop Ride for 8 years now. The owner Rob, always provides me with excellent service and one-on-one attention. I recently brought in my 2007 Wilier road bike for a tune up. Afterwards I took it for a 20 mile ride and was amazed at the noticeable improvements in overall handling, responsiveness, and precise shifting. Felt brand new again! This is a great bike shop, the best around in my opinion. The owner, Rob is one of the nicest people you will ever meet. Pedal Sports provides great service to their customers and is honest and fair and always fixes your bike right the first time. I would never consider going to any other bike shop.
Just bought a bike from Rob a couple weeks ago. I brought it home and realized it was not the right size for me - Gave Rob a call and he said to bring it back and see if the next size up was a better fit. He went out of his way to order one in the that size and it did fit better. He let me exchange no questions asked. A lot of other shops would tell you you're SOL -
