I’ve done spin class at many different places for 1 year and in the month I’ve been here I’ve watched my body change and get stronger! No 2 classes are alike - each instructor adds something great! Just started TRX with Jeff T and Th - he’s amazing, helpful and motivating and so knowledgeable! I’ll be back next February every day when I’m out here!
I took my first spin class today and I loved it, . I definitely will go back to more classes. Thank you, Olivia.
