Sign up was quick and got an appt. the same afternoon. The reception staff was courteous and helpful. The doctor was thorough, informative, and didn't mind questions.
Receptionist are very rude and never answer the phone, even when they do they leave you on hold for over 30 minutes to never come back. They are never helpful when trying to get in for appointments and try to turn you away. I have to take my kids to the emergency room just to get care. Very sad because the doctors are amazing but the receptionist are ruining their practice.
Horrible clinic, every time I call for a prescription refill I have to leave a voicemail. I’ve already left 3 voicemails no one never called me back and still no prescription refill it’s been over a week
