I was very well assisted with my health and medical needs.
I had a very disappointing experience at Reeves Regional Rural Health Clinic. The front desk employee, Esther, was extremely unprofessional and made what should have been a simple follow-up appointment unnecessarily frustrating. I was initially told there was an appointment available the next day. Moments later, I was told there were no appointments until much later. Pecos can sit there and build all these golf courses and bring in restaurants but I’m waiting 2 months for an appointment ? Then when I do little to no experience. Get better education for your healthcare workers and expand your clinic big ole hospital to make it look nice but useless for actually getting help.
