I am from the Houston Conroe area, and I teach in Pecos. My daughter and grandson live with me in Pecos, and they use the doctors at the clinic. I am thoroughly Pleased to visit and take my grandson Cole, and daughter there! They are very personable and call me by my name: Coach Pell.
This place makes you feel like a burden when you call, some staff make you feel like your waisting their time as you set up an appointment when you ask for a doctor who is more of a specialist they give you a rude remarks “Basically any one of are Doctors.” When thats a lie, I just don’t like coming to this place personally or recommending it really
Sign up was quick and got an appt. the same afternoon. The reception staff was courteous and helpful. The doctor was thorough, informative, and didn't mind questions.
Receptionist are very rude and never answer the phone, even when they do they leave you on hold for over 30 minutes to never come back. They are never helpful when trying to get in for appointments and try to turn you away. I have to take my kids to the emergency room just to get care. Very sad because the doctors are amazing but the receptionist are ruining their practice.
