HORRIBLE customer service! Reps don’t want to do their job. Instead of saying, they don’t know anything they transfer your call all around the Mulberry bush.
No more open for public services, every services is doing by online
Literal garbage service. They shut my gas off in the middle of winter and we had to file a complaint with PUC. Remember kids, when peco wrongs you, FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE PUBLIC UTILITIES COMMISSION. Peco is a monopoly and on principal incapable of holding itself accountable. The only way you will ever be made whole is if you file a complaint with PA.
I got disconnected, but Miss Jennifer!!!! I just want to say thank you for being so proactive and reaching out to me back to back to get this situation handled. Please call back so I can give you a positive review. People are quick to report the negative but forget to report the positive. You truly renewed my hope and trust in customer service as a whole. And to her supervisor, you have such an amazing employee who is kind, empathetic and proactive!!! She’s a great example of what customer service is!
