Today I called 4 times around 3pm This morning between 9 and 11 am i called 7 times Yesterday 3/30 i called 5 times YOU ARE FORCED TO SPEAK WITH ROBOTS , I HAVE A 2500$ PECO BILL A 24 YEAR OLD INDEPENDENT COLLEGE STUDENT ADOPTED WITH NO FAMILY TO HELP ME AND AM BEING DENIED FOR UTILITY ASSISTANCE AND A PAYMENT AGREEMENT
The agent I find to be condescending and not helpful in any way. Being stuck with PECO makes it difficult to have any conversation. You are captive because of the market and that's your service provider. Energy choice does not mean what you think. It is. Very disappointing my experience today.
Most useless company with the most useless employees.
Monopoly on energy. Horrible customer service. Cant even schedule appropriately and no urgency to resolve emergencies - they exacerbate them instead.
