They are charging me $400+ for a house I do not own anymore and the agent told me they are billing 2 different accounts the same amount for 1 house. Peco is stealing from people
I actually have nothing nice to say at all..Screw Peco! Power been out for 12 days including the weekend..They keep saying the same thing and no one is coming out to fix the problem..
All these extra fees and the power can't even stay on
Worse power company to work with. Powers been out for almost 24 hours sat on hold for two hours then someone answered and just hung up on me. The automated system says they are hard at work trying to fix the power but we haven’t seen a peco truck near our neighborhood at all. This makes the 11 time this year our power has gone out for more than a day and they still won’t replace the old lines. So useless if there was anyone else to go with I’d switch in a heartbeat
Can't even send someone to pick up a tree from the line. IT HAS BEEN BEEPING OVERNIGHT. NO ONE is answering.
