took our meter down because it "broke" then charged us for the month over what our actual bill is funny enough it was an "error" and they'll MAYBE come back out today
Powers been out for 9 hours, after calling for the 6th time we were told that the issue will be escalated and the power should be back on within 30 to 45 minutes. I called again after 30 minutes was on hold for another 25minites to be told that it can take upto 72 hours to get the power back on.I explain that a 45 minute time frame was given to me because the issue was escalated, but was told that the person who told me that gave false information because it can take up 72 hours even if it's been escalated. They are charging me $400+ for a house I do not own anymore and the agent told me they are billing 2 different accounts the same amount for 1 house. Peco is stealing from people
I actually have nothing nice to say at all..Screw Peco! Power been out for 12 days including the weekend..They keep saying the same thing and no one is coming out to fix the problem..
All these extra fees and the power can't even stay on
