Very annoying and unprofessional, they sent a mail request a deposit (while threatening to shut down my electricity supply). I tried to make a payment but I it wasn’t posted on account, then called them but they didn’t answer. Very obnoxious and unprofessional.
Powerpole/utility pole rotted out at the bottom. The poll is leaning. Located at : 3125 Stanwood Street. Philadelphia PA 19136. Residential neighborhood backyard. Sent pictures and report to Philly 311 in late May. They referred me to call the 1-800 number to PECO. Called PECO June 2nd, 3:45 PM. Spoke with Alyce. the pole is rotted at the bottom and leaning. It's located near backyards where children play and families gather.
