Bad experience with case workers and being force to hospital without valued reasons twice. Office staff sometimes helpful but have not had great experience in last 2 years.
Case worker and therapist to new to know their job. Forced me to lock down hospital twice with low supplies at the facilities. Untrained staff to full scale needs. Syc is PA not full syc license and can't fill out flma forms needed for jobs. Lost 2 jobs so far going to the office for medical needs. Force to 2 hospitals in 1 year. Lost 2 weeks last year and tried to take my food stamps money. Lost 22 days of my life at hospital recent that was told to be 7 to 10 days for something that happened in 2011. Always good service. They listen to my needs/issues. They also make suggestions for further assistance.
No matter how many times my preferred name is "flagged" in their system they still can't seem to get it right.
